N.O.S.A. is a group of Amateur Radio Operators in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. N.O.S.A. was formed in order to help area amateurs in using and experimenting with the NOS packet software produced by Phil Karn ka9q. Over the past few years the NOS software has been expanded and developed by a large group of people on the internet.

    The latest version now in use in the Edmonton area are both TNOS 2.30 running on Linux and JNOS 1.08dfg running on MS-DOS.
